Agency insights for PR professionals
Wyldfire's managing director Natasha Wright was invited to speak to the London PR Branch of the National Union of Journalists, sharing her advice and experience regarding setting up an agency, working with clients and maintaining a work-life balance.
She also answered questions from members at the union's head office in Kings Cross, London, and was thanked by branch chair John Millington.
Natasha, who is vice chair of the NUJ's national PR and Communications Council, said: "It was great to speak at the branch's first event of the year and to share experiences of the world of PR consultancy with members in other sectors of the profession.
"At one point I was asked whether there was a conflict of interest between being a small employer and a union member. For me there is no contradiction as being active in the union has instilled in me strong values of fairness and those values influence how I run my business."
